Pink Sheets, Gray Sheets, and Green Sheets

Pink Sheet

  • Pink Sheets are filled out by Consultants for Placements and Retainers.
  • A Pink Sheet reflects Revenue and Billing.
  • When a Pink Sheet is handed in, the Client Company officially owes Kimmel & Associates a fee.
  • A Pink Sheet should be turned in upon:
    • Acceptance of Offer
    • Resignation
    • Start Date Established
  • Kimmel Admin will document all necessary information inPCR.
  • If you have any questions when filling out a pink sheet please call Jeremy Kimmel or Sean Kerschen.

Green Sheet

  • A Green Sheet is filled out when a company has not paid for the placement and we agree that payment is no longer necessary.
  • When a Green Sheet is handed in, the Client Company no longer owes Kimmel & Associates the fee, and the billing will be removed from Accounts Receivable.
  • This does not include disputed fees or cases that are currently in the legal collection process.
  • Kimmel Admin will document all necessary information in PCR.

Green Sheet Billings Calculation

When a Green Sheet is handed in it affects the billings calculation at the time of turn-in.

An example: Placements madein December 2021 and "greened" in February 2022 would come off thebillings total for February 2022. The December 2021 billings would remain thesame, but the February 2022 billings would be reduced by the "GreenSheeted" amount.

Gray Sheet

  • Handed in when we have already been paid on a particular placement and successfully replaced that candidate.
  • Handed in when we have not been paid on a particular placement, successfully replaced the initial candidate and can now expect payment.
  • On placements where the fee has been collected, Consultants can specify whether a "Zero Dollar" replacement invoice is sent to the Client for documentation purposes.
  • A difference in the amount of the original fee will be counted as revenue in the month that the replacement is made.
  • Kimmel Admin will document all necessary information in PCR.
  • In cases where a Re-Placement is made and the splits differ, this could result in changes in Billing and Commission.
  • If you have any questions when filling out a gray sheet or for further explanation please call Jeremy Kimmel or Sean Kerschen.
