Digital Recruiting

Submitting Job Post Requests

  • Fill out the job post request form with client name, job title, location, salary range, company overview, position details, and key requirements. Create a support ticket, attach the completed form or paste the details, and assign it to the Digital Recruiting group. Stephen will review and post the job.
  • Client name is for internal tracking only
  • Provide a specific city and state for the job location
  • Include a salary range to comply with emerging pay transparency laws

Online Job Posting Appearance

Posted jobs display the Kimmel & Associates company name, specific location, post date, applicant count, and the submitted company overview, position details, and requirements. Salary info may or may not show depending on the job board.

  • Regularly update and refresh postings to attract more applicants
  • Newer postings with fewer applicants tend to get more traction
  • Job boards prioritize and promote fresh, exciting job postings

Applicant Resume Routing

Stephen reviews all incoming applicant resumes, tags them, and routes them to the relevant consultant - either the one who posted the job or the best match based on industry, territory, and candidate preferences.

  • Consultants are notified of new applicants via email with resume attached
  • Consultants should provide prompt feedback to Stephen on applicant fit
  • Forward ill-fitting candidates that could be a match for other roles
