How to request a bulk email campaign
Bulk emails are sent through PCRecruiter. To request a bulk email campaign, submit a support ticket request by following these steps:
- Create your recipient roll up list.
- Draft email content and save as a template in PCRecruiter.
- Submit a ticket with "Bulk Email" as the subject and Digital Recruiting as the group.
- In the description, specify you need a bulk email campaign and include the template and list names.
- Brooke and Dyel will then work with you to refine the content, segment the recipient list, schedule deployment and analyze performance.
- To allow proper follow-up with engaged recipients, campaigns will be limited to 100 emails per list per day.
Compliance with the law
Our bulk email approach is designed to comply with federal and state laws governing spam, as well as guidelines from major email providers like Google and Yahoo. Email providers crack down on bulk senders by closely monitoring metrics like bounce rates and spam reports.
To avoid penalties or getting blacklisted, we regularly clean our email lists and remove invalid addresses.

This new approach emphasizes providing clear value to recipients instead of simply making an ask. Each bulk email will have a distinct, audience-tailored call-to-action aligned with our branding voice and visuals across other channels. This consistency reinforces who we are and what we offer.
Analytics and performance tracking
You'll have access to a new analytics tool in PCRecruiter for tracking open rates, responses, clicks, bounces and unsubscribes for each campaign. This data will reveal engagement trends to optimize your lists and messaging for conversions.
