The Client List policy is designed to ensure the integrity of the company's relationships with its clients. The policy prohibits consultants from recruiting employees from companies on the Client List and from attempting to recruit candidates placed by the company if they are still with the client company. The Client List includes companies that have paid the company within the last 12 months or have paid a retainer fee. The list is regularly updated and available for reference. In rare cases, exceptions may be made with the full knowledge and approval of an owner or person responsible for profit and loss of the client company. It is the consultant's responsibility to ensure that they are not contacting a client, and any attempted contact will be reported to the appropriate parties.
