  • Over 400k - no questions asked
  • Under 400k and full time from the office
  • Executive Vice President

  • 300k-399k
    • Not working full time from the office
    • Sporadic attendance at mandatory/voluntary meetings
  • Must bill $400k in a calendar year to regain 50%

Start over at 33%

  • Under 0 - 300k
    • Not working full time from the office
    • Sporadic attendance at mandatory/voluntary events
    • Have to work all the way back up the scale
  • Scale
    • 0 - 100 = 33%
    • 100 - 200 = 35%
    • 200 - 300 = 40%
    • 300 - 400 = 45%
    • Over 400 = 50%
