Terms & Conditions/Fee Adjustments

Kimmel & Associates offers two types of fee structures:

  1. Contingency Terms and Conditions, in which payment is due upon the successful hire of a candidate presented by Kimmel & Associates
  2. Retained Terms and Conditions, in which a company pays up front to initiate a priority search

Our fee is 33% of annual compensation. In order to make adjustments to that fee, including any prompt payment discounts, extended warranties, flat fees, or payment plans/special terms, consultants need to request approval.

To request changes to our standard terms and conditions agreement, please email Lizie (kimmel@kimmel.com). Depending on the request, Lizie, Mark Jones, and/or Charlie may need to review and approve the request.

If approval is granted, the front office will make the changes within the document and send it to you for your approval. They will then upload the revised document into the company’s PCR profile, document it under Notes, and send the agreement to the company on your behalf. The front office will forward all responses to applicable consultants. Do not send out terms and conditions agreement on your own.

You can request that a terms and conditions sheet be sent with or without signature lines. If you send it without signature lines, it is automatically assumed to be accepted/valid when the client confirms receipt via email. If you request a signature, then the terms and conditions are only considered valid when both parties have signed and dated the document.

If your client requests Docusign or Adobe Sign, we can accommodate using Adobe Sign. Please email Lizie (kimmel@kimmel.com) and the front office will handle this for you. Please do not sign and/or send on your own.
