Pro Tip

When sending a Text through Ring Central and you do not like how when you press ENTER, the text message gets sent.

There is a setting within Ring Central to turn this off. While in Ring Central:

• Click SETTINGS on the lower lefthand bottom on the screen.
• Click on Keyboard Shortcuts
• And turn "Send messages using Enter/Return key"
• To the "off" position.

Also, if you like having the ENTER key to send text messages, you can hold down the SHIFT key and press ENTER and it goes to a new line without sending the text message.
