Dental Insurance

We are staying with Principal for our dental insurance in 2024. For reference we have attached the Plan Summary, and here are the highlights.

• Two cleanings a year are covered 100%.
• A $50 per participant deductible before basic/major services ($150 max).
• Basic care costs are 20% after your deductible.
• Major care costs are 50% after your deductible.
• Orthodontia: $2,000 lifetime maximum.
• The max annual dental benefit is $2,000.
• Up to $1000 per member of unused annual maximum benefits will rollover to the next year.
