In 2023 we partnered with EBMS to implement a Reference Based Pricing (RBP) to determine fair and reasonable prices for services, keeping costs lower for all. In 2023 payroll deductions were decreased by 40% for all tiers of coverage. During Open Enrollment for 2024, it was decided to keep the payroll deductions at this current rate.
