Life Insurance & Disability

Life and Disability insurance are offered through Principal. 

You can elect short-term and long-term disability insurance to pay up to 60% up to the maximum benefit when you are unable to work due to sickness or injury. Premiums are based on your age and earnings.

All full-time employees are provided a Basic Life and Accidental Death benefit of $10,000 at no cost. You may elect to purchase additional voluntary term life insurance for yourself and your family. New hires are eligible for the guaranteed amount. Otherwise, Evidence of Insurability must be completed and approved by Principal.
