Vision Insurance

Vision benefits continue through Principal, same as 2023. This policy uses the VSP network, so be sure to locate a provider at vsp.com

Vision benefits include one exam per year with a $10 copay. Prescription glasses (standard progressive lenses) or contacts (in lieu of glasses) are covered with a $25 copay once every 12 months. An additional copay may apply for contact fitting and evaluation. You will receive up to a $200 allowance for frames, and an additional 20% off your remaining balance. Additional co-insurance may apply for various lens options. Please see benefit summary document for more details.
