Payroll Procedures  

  • Employee pay days are twice a month, usually on the 15th and last day of the month.
  • If a scheduled pay day falls on a Saturday or Sunday, the pay day will usually be Friday.
  • For pay days falling on a company-observed holiday, payment will be on the day preceding the holiday.

All required deductions, such as for federal, state, and local taxes, and all authorized voluntary deductions, such as for health insurance contributions, will be withheld automatically from employees’ paychecks.

  • Memorial Day
  • Fourth of July
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
  • New Year's Eve and New Year's Day
