Candidate Packet: This packet is designed to support consultants in their efforts when preparing candidates for interviews, educating them on counteroffers, guiding them through the resignation process, and helping them make a seamless transition into their new roles – preparing them not only for the initial 3-6 months but also for long-term success.
What’s inside this packet? The complete Candidate Packet includes an Interview Prep Guide, Counteroffer Guide, Resignation Guide, and a how-to make a Successful Transition to a New Start. While it’s an extensive package, it serves as an invaluable resource for candidates navigating a career change in today’s market.
When should this packet be sent? The Candidate Packet should only be sent out after the first interview has been scheduled. It is not meant to be sent before that stage.
Is it mandatory to send the entire packet? No. Each Guide is designed to stand alone. How the consultants integrate these Individual Guides into their recruitment process workflow is entirely up to them.
What is the Additional Resources Page? On the last page of the Candidate Packet and Individual Guides is an Additional Resources Page. This page has clickable links to more insights and thought leadership should the candidate want to read more about a specific stage topic.
